Looking for designers at Alfa! Many different teams 🅰️

It's time 😍 I've accumulated a lot of open vacancies: in different products within the bank, on the web, and in mobile. B2B, B2C, AI, investment direction... in short, there are really many requests, and they are very different.

I won't list all the guys and every team here, otherwise the post will turn into a wall of text. But in short, here's what's currently in progress:

1️⃣ Designer for Alfa-Business AI team. Design AI experience in a B2B bank: search, chat, assistants, widgets, hints. If you enjoy figuring out what modern AI experience should look like, this is for you. Wonderful Nikita is waiting ❤️

2️⃣ Product Designer for a new mobile service for top clients. Research is already done, we're building the first version. You'll influence not only the interface but also the product itself. Lots of uncertainty and space for strong decisions.

3️⃣ Design Lead for Daily Banking. Shape the design vision, lead the team, create the best digital service for business! For those who want not just to draw, but to lead.

4️⃣ Senior Designers for the investment direction: website and trading terminal. Complex products, high-margin clients, focus on UX/UI and the ability to defend solutions. Come see Andy 🪄

5️⃣ Product Designer for the core Alfa-Online team. Platform tasks, making the internet bank as convenient as a mobile app. St. Petersburg or remote.

And that's not all, there are really more teams!

What's important: almost everywhere we need someone who can make the complex simple, is good with logic, and doesn't let go of the solution at the stage of "well, it looked nice in the mockup". We're turning Fintech → FUNTECH 😂
