About the Role:
We are looking for a designer for the B2B platform to create interfaces that can significantly simplify the lives of partners who work daily with Uzum Fintech.
You will need to immerse yourself in the context of the local market, understand daily tasks related to generating reports, issuing invoices, managing salaries, analytics, and onboarding for newcomers who are just learning to optimize their time and finances.

What you will be doing:
- Designing complex internal platforms and tools for small and medium-sized businesses;
- Creating scalable UX/UI patterns, balancing speed, ease of use, and technical constraints;
- Implementing and developing the unified Uzum Fintech design system, communicating closely with developers;
- Transforming ambiguous, scattered, or tech-dependent requirements into understandable product logic and user-friendly interfaces;
- Communicating with clients to identify bottlenecks in their workflows and proposing solutions that optimize labor costs;
- Collaborating with product owners, analysts, operations managers, and developers to build a strong, results-oriented team.
Your experience and skills:
- 3+ years of designing complex products in a company role. Ideally, internal tools or platform solutions;
- A portfolio with examples of complex work in product or system design. If you haven't had time to format your latest cases, links to Figma where layouts are arranged in understandable and logical scenarios that are easy to interpret will suffice;
- Ability to take responsibility for your design decisions and to defend them based on facts, experience, and taste;
- Working with a large number of corner cases arising from client behavior and platform limitations;
- Understanding the cost of your solutions at the development level;
- Ability to move iteratively and plan interface development;
- High-level knowledge of composition, typography, and layout;
- Ability to conduct design reviews and provide clear comments highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of your colleagues' solutions.
Will be a plus:
- Building and implementing complex design systems;
- Using AI to optimize the design process and a clear understanding of when AI starts to hallucinate;
- Familiarity with Android, iOS, and human-centered interface guidelines;
- Experience in graphic design.
