Interface Designer (Onboarding Team)
We are responsible for the implementation of internal services for bank employees within a specially created interface. This includes specialized services for departments and general ones: access requests, computer malfunction reports — everything that every bank employee uses. Currently, we face the task of migrating some services from an old IT solution to a new one, which will require, among other things, redesigning the interface for these services.
Our tasks:
— Help service owners design and launch new services
— Research and improve the effectiveness of existing services
— Update outdated services.
What you will be doing
- Designing user journeys and developing interfaces for browser and mobile applications together with a cross-functional team
- Working closely with Product Owners, developers, analysts, and researchers. Finding joint, most effective UX/UI solutions
- Working with the results of research
- Finding non-standard solutions based on the Design System, while considering business requirements and user tasks
- Presenting your work, arguing for and defending proposed solutions.
Requirements
- More than 1.5 years of experience in interface design and design.
- Excellent team player: ability to listen and hear, find common ground with diverse people
- Focus on user needs, while also considering metrics and technical constraints
- Experience working with design systems
- Ability to argue for and defend your solutions, taking into account limitations
- Experience participating in usability testing (writing hypotheses and test scenarios).
