Middle UX/UI Designer (Support Chat in SberOnline)
We are looking for a designer to join the Sberbank Online mobile application team. Our team is responsible for everything related to customer support, for example: chat, internet calls, requests. The main focus is the implementation of GenAI and GenUI technologies in the chat.
Responsibilities
- Designing end-to-end user scenarios in chat and requests
- Interacting with b2c teams and the platform
- Developing the design system and widgets for chat
- Conducting design reviews and author's supervision of the skills of b2c teams
- Designing widgets and heuristic rules for genUI
- Conducting user testing
Requirements
- Experience as a product designer creating mobile interfaces
- Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and the differences between Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design
- Experience in creating interactive prototypes and conducting research
- Understanding of the principles of inclusivity, usability, and adaptability of mobile applications and web interfaces
- Ability to formulate and test hypotheses
- Passion for innovation and high self-organization
- Portfolio required
- Bonus points: ability to consider the specifics of AI products and use neural networks in daily work
