TWINBY is a service for checking compatibility and finding new acquaintances. Our goal is to become the №1 dating app in Russia, replacing the one you know. We are doing great: Twinby has already been downloaded by over 14 million users.
We are currently looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our team, someone who loves to understand user behavior, find product growth areas, and transform ideas into well-thought-out interface solutions.
Responsibilities in the team:
- Propose and test hypotheses related to product development and improvement
- Plan and conduct user research: in-depth interviews, usability testing, hallway testing, and other formats
- Analyze research results and prepare presentations with conclusions and recommendations
- Develop new product ideas in collaboration with founders and the team
- Design user scenarios, interaction logic, and the structure of future features
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and click-through scenarios
- Develop final UX/UI mockups and hand them over for development
- Support tasks during the implementation phase and participate in design reviews of released features
- Work with the design system and develop it together with the team
Our expectations:
- Experience in a relevant position for 3+ years
- Solid experience in conducting user research and interviews
- Ability to independently conduct the full cycle of work on a feature: from research and hypotheses to final mockups
- Proficiency in modern AI tools and neural networks for solving design tasks and improving work efficiency
- Experience in designing mobile interfaces
- Proficient in Figma
- Ability to justify design decisions through data and research findings
- Independence in work and a high level of responsibility for the outcome
Will be a plus:
- Skill in creating simple animations in After Effects
