Unimatch Lab is an AI-driven Venture Studio from Silicon Valley.

This includes R&D in the field of local, distributed, and orbital data centers and distributed computing.
Goal: to enter the top 50 AI companies in the world with a cumulative asset valuation of $10B+ by 2032.
We are an OKR-driven company: focused on measurable results, speed, transparency, and ownership.
We are looking for A-players: autonomous, fast, with strong execution and a high level of responsibility.

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a communication designer who thinks visually and can make a product "sellable" from the first screen. You are confident working with interfaces, building visual systems, and maintaining a consistent product language across store screenshots, landing pages, and presentations. UX is a working tool for you, but the main focus of the work will be on visual UI and creatives: approximately 80% of the time - visual design of interfaces and creatives, 20% - UX structure and logic.

- 2-3+ years of experience in UI/visual design of digital products.
- Mandatory understanding of localization: ability to adapt creative design for different markets (American, Asian, etc.) - knowledge of visual specifics and preferences of each region.
- Strong portfolio with examples of interfaces, branding, and product visuals.
- Proficient in Figma Slides (mandatory), Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus.
- Experience working with AI tools.
- Understanding of UX principles: knows how to build screen logic, but the main strength is in visuals.
- Sense of typography, color, composition - at a level you are proud of.
- Experience creating UI Kits, design systems, guidelines.
- Ability to work with a brand and translate it through every pixel.
🔥 Nice to have
- Experience working with startups or product teams.
- Knowledge of ASO principles and the impact of design on conversions.
