UX/UI Designer

What you will do:

• Design user scenarios and interfaces for a full-cycle desktop web application — from research and concept to handover to development and analysis of results;
• Design a product from scratch: form a design concept, develop information architecture, create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final UI;
• Conduct UX research: user interviews, usability testing, analysis of user behavior and feedback;
• Work closely with product managers, analysts, and developers: collaboratively form hypotheses, define requirements, prioritize tasks;
• Prepare mockups for handover to development, accompany implementation, and control quality upon completion;
• Make decisions based on product metrics and analytics data, be responsible for the design's impact on key product indicators;
• Participate in product planning and roadmap formation.

What we expect from you:

• 2-3 years of experience as a UI/UX designer in product companies;
• Proven experience in designing desktop web applications (it is important to consider the specifics: working with dense information, complex forms, tables, wide screens);
• Experience in managing the full design cycle — from research and concept to release and evaluation of results;
• Experience in designing a product from scratch, conducting UX research and usability testing;
• Experience working closely with developers (including understanding the basics of layout and implementation limitations) and analysts (working with data, formulating and verifying hypotheses);
• Understanding of product metrics and the ability to make decisions based on them;
• Proficient in Figma at an advanced level: auto layout, components, variables, prototyping, working with libraries.
