UI/UX Designer at a Custom Development Company (Middle+, Senior)

We are looking for a specialist to join our team who not only creates expressive interfaces and confidently uses AI tools for generating graphics, animations, and other visual materials. We need someone who understands modern trends, knows how to conceive and implement visually rich concepts, and strives to create work that can compete for industry awards.

What's important to us:

• 3+ years of experience with similar tasks. Deep skills in graphic UI design.
• Ability to use AI tools (including AI agents) for generating visual content and optimizing workload.
• Skills in creating animations and interactive elements.

Experience with:

• Figma
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• AI agents and AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, etc.)
• Skills in creating animations and interactive elements (Lottie, After Effects, Web-based animations)

Portfolio required: we would be happy to see projects with a strong visual component in your portfolio: vibrant, modern solutions with graphics, unconventional approaches, and an expressive visual concept. We value work that looks contemporary, is visually memorable, and has the potential to gain professional recognition in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Development of creative concepts and design for web projects (websites, landing pages, web applications).
• Creation of animated mock-ups, interactive prototypes with an emphasis on dynamics.
• Designing UI kits, icons, illustrations in a unified project style.
• Preparation of layouts and animations for handover to developers.
• Participation in the creation and maintenance of the brand's visual language.
• Collaboration with product designers, art director, and frontend developers.
