We are Quantum Dev. For over 5 years, we have been developing mobile and web applications. Our main specialization is e-commerce and tech startups. We are also developing our own IT startup within the company.

What will you be doing?

– Designing interfaces for mobile applications and websites for e-commerce and tech startups. – Creating UI-kits, components, and interactive prototypes in Figma. – Collaborating with the development department on design implementation. – Adapting designs for iOS, Android, and web platforms, considering their guidelines. – Using AI tools to optimize workflows.

It would be great if you:

– Have at least 1.5 years of experience as a UX/UI designer with mobile apps and websites. – Know the iOS, Android, and Material Design guidelines. – Are proficient in Figma: auto layout, properties, UI-kits, variables, interactive prototypes. – Have experience working with AI tools in design. – Can explain the logic behind your design decisions and present results.

It will be a plus:

– Understanding how a development team works, what back-end and front-end are responsible for. – Experience with Bitrix, Aspro templates and components. – Experience with analytics. – Ability to justify design decisions and present designs.
