Pikabu is one of the most popular sites in Runet. It is a UGC platform visited by ~30 million users monthly.

We are actively developing the web version of the site, as well as a new flagship mobile application.

We are looking for an experienced Senior / Lead level UX/UI Designer who will take responsibility for the quality of UX/UI design of the main Pikabu product with a focus on the mobile application and become a pillar for a small design team: two junior designers, a senior designer, an illustrator, and a technical designer.

The product is developing, mobile tasks are becoming more complex, and the design team requires closer leadership involvement. We need a person who can simultaneously:

maintain a high level of UX solutions in the product (web and mobile),

be the primary decision-maker for design overall,

develop junior designers and build a clear growth trajectory for them.

Tasks

Designing and preparing UX/UI mockups for the main Pikabu product, and primarily the mobile application.

Participating in product discussions and joint solution development with product managers,

Reviewing design solutions within the team, controlling UX quality,

Mentoring two junior designers: providing regular feedback, training, and forming development plans.

Required Experience

• At least 3 years of experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer.
• Deep understanding of product development processes and effective UX principles.
• Experience in UX analysis and using data for design decisions.
• Proficient in Figma.
• Experience in mentoring or a leadership role.
• Experience in mentoring or a leadership role.
• Willingness to share knowledge and experience, creating a supportive atmosphere in the team.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and help solve problems.

Conditions

• Salary: fixed salary, fully compliant with the Labor Code. Discussed within the range of 300-350 thousand rubles.
