**We require a **UI/UX designer to develop a new design for a resident's mobile application and a resident's website. Rate: 1100-1300 RUB/hour Format - contract with sole proprietor (IP) Remote

Project Area - A mobile application for residents of apartment buildings whose management companies are our clients, as well as a website for residents. Approximate project duration + workload Full-time or part-time - difficult to answer, depends on the scope of work assessment. **Requirements **-Portfolio with mobile applications. -Understanding of mobile UX principles and design trends (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines). -Ability to work with large amounts of data and complex logic, making the interface simple and understandable for the user.

-Skills in creating UI Kits and handing over mockups to developers.

-Experience in designing products for a mass audience will be a plus.

Main tasks the designer will be responsible for -Conduct an analysis of the current mobile application interface, including analyzing several competitor applications with high ratings.

-Develop an improved navigation structure, considering a large number of functions: submitting readings, submitting requests, paying bills, voting, house chat, informing about emergency outages.

-Design and create mockups in Figma (or another tool convenient for you).

-Prepare prototypes for testing hypotheses to improve user experience.

-Prepare mockups for development handover (iOS and Android versions, including dark theme if required).
