Appercut is a Polish product IT company. We create mobile applications used by millions of people worldwide. Our flagship product is Dr. Kegel.

We are looking for a designer who is ready to become a full partner for the PM, design deep UX, and create an aesthetic UI using AI tools.

Format: full-time Location: remote (+/- 3 hours from Warsaw) Range: $1500 – 2200 (employment via B2B / JDG / Sole Proprietor)

🐸 Responsibilities: ● Enhance products: develop existing mobile applications, design new features, and improve UX/UI. ● Create from scratch: research visual trends, gather juicy references, and create concepts for new products. ● Design deep UX: meticulously plan flows, screen structures, and user journeys. ● Create aesthetic UI: build mobile interfaces with strong aesthetics, clean composition, and impeccable readability. ● Generate visuals and assets using neural networks (skillfully "prompting", refining graphics manually, and integrating them into interfaces). ● Web tasks: periodically participate in designing web funnels and landing pages.

🔥 Our ideal candidate (Must-have): ● 3+ years of experience in mobile design (iOS/Android) + a strong portfolio of mobile interfaces. ● B2C mindset: understanding the mass user, the importance of emotions and engagement. ● Figma at a "Pro" level: autolayouts, components, variants, and adaptive logic that developers will thank you for. ● UX autonomy: the ability to independently break down a task into scenarios without pre-made instructions. ● Visual Taste: well-developed visual awareness, a perfect sense of composition, color, and typography. ● Hybrid approach (AI + Hands-on): the ability to use neural networks for graphics generation and manually refine them to perfection.
