Job Description
MTS Web Services (MWS) is a big tech company providing cloud, AI services, and platform solutions for various business needs: from data processing to product development and process optimization. We have also launched a new public platform of our own development — MWS Cloud Platform.
MWS Tables is a tool for organizing teamwork and light automation without coding. It contains all the necessary tools for work in one service.
Your Responsibilities
- Design UX/UI for new features based on analyst documentation: clarify requirements, develop scenarios, and propose solutions;
- Participate in product redesign, preserving important scenarios and considering user habits;
- Create prototypes, formulate hypotheses, and test them through interviews and usability testing;
- Develop the design system and ensure interface consistency;
- Prepare mockups and descriptions of interface behavior, discuss technical limitations with developers, and support implementation;
- Conduct design reviews and ensure significant discrepancies are resolved.
What We Expect
- Ability to understand complex tasks and design clear scenarios considering product and technical limitations;
- Experience designing tables and dashboards: displaying and editing data, filtering, sorting, grouping, and bulk actions;
- Experience developing design system components: states, variants, usage rules, and documentation;
- Proficient in Figma: components, variants, Auto Layout, and interactive prototypes;
- Ability to conduct interviews and usability testing, and apply findings in design;
- Ability to articulate decisions, work with feedback, and negotiate with analysts and developers;
- Initiative: identify problems, propose reasoned improvements, and see them through to completion;
- Independent task management from problem clarification to solution validation and implementation support.
