Title: Product Marketer at Yandex Rent Company: Yandex Location: Moscow Experience: 3 to 6 years

Yandex Rent is a fully digital service that helps owners rent out apartments and tenants find housing without intermediaries or unnecessary meetings. 95% of apartments in metropolitan regions are rented out completely remotely. Rent has 3D tours of apartments for rent — you can walk through an apartment without coming to view it. The service grew into a separate product from the Yandex Real Estate team and continues to actively scale.

We are looking for a product marketer who will be responsible for promoting Rent's products for owners and tenants. This is a role for someone who knows how to package features, launch landing pages, work with data, and bring projects to a measurable result. You will influence how users learn about the service's new features and why they choose us.

What tasks await you

Packaging and launching new products and features You will research the audience, form positioning, USP, and key messages, as well as develop a GTM strategy and communication plan for launches.

Launching landing and product pages You will think through the structure and user scenario, set tasks for design, development, and analytics teams, and conduct A/B tests.

Working with colleagues Your task is to coordinate product, analytics, design, development, CRM, performance, content, and other departments.

Promotions and partner integrations You will need to develop and launch promotions, promo mechanics, special projects, and partner product integrations.

Analyzing launch effectiveness You will analyze the end-to-end funnel and evaluate the impact of launches on product and business metrics.

We expect you to

• Have packaged and brought new products or features to market
• Have launched advertising campaigns, promotions, special projects, or partner integrations
• Be able to conduct research, find user insights, and turn them into product and marketing solutions
• Have a deep understanding of digital marketing, product funnels, and key distribution channels
• Possess strong analytical skills: be able to formulate hypotheses, set tasks for analysts, design experiments, and interpret results
• Be able to lead cross-functional projects from idea to measurable result
