We are responsible for launching key VKontakte products at all stages: from market research and hypothesis testing to advertising campaigns and special projects.
We are looking for a specialist to strengthen our team. This is a temporary position during the maternity leave of the primary employee.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for new and existing products
- Analyze the market, target audience, and competitive environment
- Formulate unique selling propositions and product positioning, marketing hypotheses
- Plan and conduct marketing campaigns with a focus on growing product and marketing metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, development, and others) to achieve business goals
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust the strategy based on analytics
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in marketing, with at least one year in a product marketer role
- Knowledge of principles for developing and promoting products in the digital environment
- Experience with analytical, marketing, and product tools: understanding of product metrics, quantitative and qualitative research, knowledge of how to use their results in relation to marketing and product activities, ability to assess the effectiveness of any tool
- Desire to understand complex products and the ability to communicate information to users in simple language
- Ability to reasonably defend one's point of view, express and justify opinions
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
