Product Marketer (Scientific Track of the Central University)

We are looking for a product marketer for a new direction at the Central University!
Description
The Central University is actively developing a new direction — the Scientific Track, which aims to foster scientific potential and talent, establish connections between science and business, and create conditions for scientific and technological breakthroughs within the university and in partnership with other universities and companies.
The focus of this role is to build a scientific and quasi-scientific community around the Central University, to create and develop an acquisition funnel for both established and aspiring/future scientists, and to find effective marketing solutions for these tasks.
Responsibilities
- Launch campaigns to attract audiences to scientific and educational projects, and evaluate their effectiveness
- Conceive, develop, and optimize the acquisition funnel
- Coordinate with related teams during campaign implementation
- Test hypotheses for improving promotion effectiveness (channels, platforms, tools)
- Analyze the target audience, conduct research, study the market, best practices, and competitors
- Package scientific and educational products, and work with the product team on product development
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a product marketer / marketing manager
- Experience promoting to niche target groups (e.g., business, scientific community), marketing experience in education is a plus
- Experience in planning and executing advertising campaigns (briefing for creative and media, approval of creatives and media plan, campaign effectiveness evaluation)
- Experience in conducting market and audience research
- Solid understanding of digital channels and tools, experience with offline channels and tools
- Knowledge and skills in project management
- Skills in working based on hypotheses and tests
- Excellent communication skills
- Higher education, a relevant degree (advertising, marketing, economics, management) is an advantage
