Product Marketing Manager
Skysmart is an online school for children and teenagers aged 4 to 17. We are part of Skyeng, an EdTech company that helps students confidently navigate important learning stages: from early school successes to high scores on the OGE and EGE exams. In the exam preparation direction, we have high demand, a clear market, and a large base for growth — we need not just to attract clients, but to build the best marketing system that helps the product grow faster and more effectively.
We are looking for someone who will find new growth points for the "Exams" direction and turn existing traffic into leads and sales by launching new marketing mechanics, funnels, and MVP projects.
Your tasks:
- Find new opportunities for revenue growth and lead generation.
- Build and launch new funnels for attracting, nurturing, and converting users.
- Work with existing traffic (SEO, SMM, CRM, content, community, etc.), increasing its effectiveness and monetization.
- Formulate hypotheses, quickly build MVPs, and test them with data.
- Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and propose solutions for increasing conversions.
- Launch special projects, promotional mechanics, lead magnets, webinars, quizzes, and other tools for audience attraction and nurturing.
- Analyze the market, competitors, and best practices to find new ideas.
- Be the owner of your projects: from idea and potential calculation to launch and results evaluation.
- Coordinate work with CRM, content, analytics, design, product, and other teams.
Candidate Requirements:
- Has experience launching marketing projects or funnels from scratch.
- Has experience with product or marketing analytics.
- Able to make decisions based on data, not opinions.
- Understands unit economics, conversions, CPL, CAC, ROMI.
- Ability to quickly launch and test hypotheses.
- High level of independence and proactivity.
- Ability to drive projects to completion through influence, not direct team management.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in EdTech.
- Experience with content channels (SEO, SMM, CRM).
- Experience in growth marketing or product marketing.
- Case studies of revenue, leads, or conversion growth through own initiatives.
