Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager for a rapidly growing EdTech product who will take a key role in developing and implementing strategies to increase conversion to purchase among existing users.
What tasks await you
- Development and implementation of strategies to increase conversion to purchase among existing users (students and parents);
- Building and optimizing funnels for interaction with current traffic: from the first contact to purchase and repeat sales;
- Management of upsell, cross-sell, and LTV increase strategies;
- Creation and testing of in-product communications: banners, pop-ups, notifications, embedded tips, recommendations, etc.;
- Forming hypotheses for sales growth and systematically testing them;
- Work with email, push, chat, banner, and SMS communications to increase conversion;
- Analysis of user segments, behavior, and decision-making triggers;
- Constant work with analytics: conversions, A/B tests, cohorts, retention, LTV, reasons for refusal;
- Development of the community of existing users;
- Blog development;
What is important to us
- Experience in children's B2C EdTech;
- Ability to independently initiate, formulate hypotheses, and organize their testing;
- Good understanding of the principles and tools of CRM marketing for EdTech;
- Understanding of the user journey and behavior in educational products;
- Knowledge of products: Mindbox (required) and Salesbot (desirable);
- Practical experience in building and analyzing A/B tests;
- Ability to work with data and make decisions based on numbers (Google Sheets/Excel, analytical systems);
- Ability to break down a large task into measurable hypotheses;
- Ability to use AI tools (it should not be a problem for you to assemble a landing page or prepare a banner without a designer for a quick test);

Experience in managing and overseeing external agencies and contractors (SEO, SMM, Paid ADS, etc.)
