About the Product and Team
We are looking for a Head of Marketing Group for the "School Help" segment.
"School Help" offers educational products for children that help them understand the school curriculum and improve their grades. Our target audience is parents of children in grades 1–8.
Currently, the segment includes three learning formats:
- Tutors;
- Mini-groups;
- Interactive courses.
The flagship format we are actively developing is mini-groups. At the same time, the tutoring direction will also be a key focus of the role – a segment important to the business in terms of revenue.
You will lead a team of 3 product marketers and develop the marketing for the entire segment. We need not just a manager: it's important that the head can independently lead major marketing initiatives: launch funnels, work with positioning and packaging, validate hypotheses, and find growth points.
Your Responsibilities
- Be responsible for achieving the sales plan and key business metrics for the "School Help" segment (LTV, CAC, conversion, retention);
- Work with data and analytics: independently track key business and marketing metrics, identify reasons for growth and decline in indicators, find growth points, and make data-driven decisions;
- Manage a team of 3 product marketers: define employee goals and focus areas, set KPIs for the month, quarter, and year, conduct 1:1s, track task completion, provide feedback, and develop the team;
- Develop and implement the strategy and tactics for segment development: set priorities and a roadmap for marketing initiatives, decompose the strategy into specific actions, and control their implementation;
- Manage cross-functional interaction with business, analytics, product, CRM, performance marketing, academic block, and other teams: set tasks, synchronize participants, and control the implementation of initiatives;
- Work with the marketing funnel at all stages: leads, conversions, sales, churn, and other key metrics;
- Manage acquisition: channels, landing pages, creatives, and communications;
- Determine how to more effectively work with the acquired user base: segment users, build nurturing sequences, and direct communications;
- Collaborate with the product team on the roadmap and product positioning.
What's Important to Us
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in EdTech or a highly competitive B2C product;
- 1.5+ years of experience managing a team of product marketers;
- Experience in developing marketing and GTM strategies;
- Deep product understanding in building marketing funnels;
- Experience influencing product and business metrics: CAC, LTV, retention, conversions, and other funnel indicators;
- Understanding of the logic behind targeted advertising (including retargeting), trigger sequences, and SEO;
- Experience with audience research and end-to-end analytics, and most importantly, the ability to draw conclusions from data and use them for planning and implementing campaigns and communications;
- Ownership: willingness to independently take responsibility for results and key business indicators;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment: quickly set priorities, focus on tasks with the greatest impact on results, make decisions with incomplete information, and drive initiatives without excessive bureaucracy;
- Strong communication skills: ability to argue decisions, work with different teams, and defend a position through data and business goals.
Will Be a Plus
- Experience in children's EdTech, especially with tutoring products or 1-on-1 format;
- Understanding of the parent audience;
- Experience developing products with a large funnel and significant sales volume.
What We Offer
- A large area of responsibility and the opportunity to directly influence the key business metrics of the segment;
- Independence in decision-making and the opportunity to launch your own initiatives;
- Official employment from the first working day, a white salary paid twice a month, and VHI after the probationary period;
- An annual bonus of up to 140% of the average monthly salary upon achievement of goals;
- Remote work within Russia or from the office;
- Flexible start to the day: results are what matter to us;
- Development: corporate language courses, discounts on Foxford products, access to an online library, and compensation for external training.
