About the Product and Team
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager for the «Foreign Languages» segment.
The team develops products that help children and teenagers learn foreign languages. The main target audience is schoolchildren from 0 to 11 grade and their parents.
You will be responsible for the marketing development of the segment and its key business metrics: working with strategy, funnel, positioning, and growth points, and making decisions based on data, research, and experiment results.
Your Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the sales plan and key business metrics of the «Foreign Languages» segment;
- Develop and adjust the marketing strategy for the segment: identify growth points, priorities, and an initiative plan;
- Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate the implementation of initiatives with CRM, Analytics, Product, Performance, Academic block, and other teams;
- Work with the funnel at all stages: applications, conversions, sales, churn, and other key metrics;
- Analyze data, research the audience and customer scenarios, conduct customer development interviews, and find growth points based on them;
- Formulate and test hypotheses using experiments and A/B tests, and scale successful solutions;
- Manage product promotion in digital channels: set tasks, analyze results, and optimize efficiency;
- Work on improving landing pages, creatives, and communication;
- Develop landing pages, creatives, communications, and work with the client base: segmentation, nurturing, and direct communications;
- Together with the product team, form the product roadmap and positioning.
What's Important to Us
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, preferably in EdTech or a highly competitive B2C product;
- Experience in developing marketing and GTM strategy;
- Deep understanding of marketing funnels and the ability to identify growth points at different stages;
- Strong analytical skills: ability to work with data, draw conclusions, and make decisions based on metrics;
- Understanding of business metrics: LTV, CAC, conversion, retention, ROAS, and other indicators;
- Experience with audience research, customer development interviews, and hypothesis testing;
- Understanding of the logic of targeted advertising, retargeting, trigger sequences, and SEO;
- Ownership — the ability to independently identify a problem, formulate a solution, and bring an initiative to completion;
- Ability to work in a high-speed environment: prioritize tasks, focus on what most impacts the business, and make decisions with incomplete information;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to argue decisions through data and business goals;
- Experience in EdTech, experience working with products in the field of foreign languages.
