🔥 Product Marketing Manager Employment Type: full-time Company: EdTech product (school segment, RF) Salary: 150–180 thousand ₽ net + kpi; Location: remote
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager for a fast-growing EdTech product who will take a key role in developing and implementing strategies to increase conversion to purchase among existing users.

Tasks: • growth of conversion and sales among current users; • funnels: purchase → repeat sales; • upsell / cross-sell / LTV; • in-product, email / push / chat / SMS communications; • analytics, A/B tests, retention, cohorts; • collaboration with the product team.
Important: • 2–3+ years of PMM / Growth / CRM experience in EdTech (B2C); • data-driven approach, A/B tests, segmentation; • understanding of the user journey; • ability to break down a large task into measurable hypotheses; • ability to independently initiate projects and bring them to completion.
Plus: experience with the school audience, SQL, relevant training.
