We are building Ozon Bank as a modern IT product and growing rapidly. Millions of people and their businesses use our products and services. We implement all the most complex and important systems ourselves. We are proud of the team atmosphere: open dialogue, colleague support, the opportunity to influence results, and recognition of achievements.
We are looking for a Product Marketer to promote Ozon Bank's current and settlement accounts (RKO) for businesses. The main goal is to increase the number of applications for RKO and open accounts.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all marketing acquisition channels for the B2B bank: internal and external, paid and free. Evaluating their effectiveness and building a unified acquisition system.
- Proposing hypotheses for growth at each stage of the funnel and forecasting their impact.
- Conducting experiments to test hypotheses, relying on data and metrics.
- Researching, analyzing, and segmenting the audience. Building customer profiles based on data and interviews.
- Finding the most effective offers for each audience segment.
- "Challenging" both marketing and product – questioning decisions and proposing well-reasoned alternatives.
- Building product positioning and an approach for effective acquisition.
We value:
- Systemic thinking, the ability to ask "why," provide multiple answers, justify, and test your hypotheses.
- Self-management, the ability to work with a backlog and manage your own time based on task priorities.
- Readiness for the unknown: not being afraid to go where it's unclear and figure things out.
- The ability to organize a team, clearly formulate requirements, and groom tasks to deliver them to release as quickly as possible.
- Initiative: not waiting for tasks from others, independently generating ideas and bringing them to release.
- Willingness to work in a 5-2 office (Moscow City).
Will be a plus:
- Experience in fintech or banks.
- Experience in paid acquisition – understanding how it works.
- Experience in managing 360 advertising campaigns.
