Formulate value propositions for products and services;
Translate complex banking products and services into understandable customer value;
Develop positioning, key messages, offers, RTB (Reasons to Believe), and sales arguments;
Prepare go-to-market plans for new products, services, and customer scenarios;
Work with customer scenarios: journeys, family, capital, investments, lifestyle, purchases, privileges, concierge service, daily banking;
Prepare briefs for adjacent teams: marketing, CRM, website, app, PR, partnerships, sales, and analytics;
Act as a client for teams responsible for advertising campaigns, CRM communications, landing pages, app placements, and PR support;
Prepare product materials: landing pages, presentations, FAQs, scripts, materials for managers and customer communications;
Analyze the effectiveness of launches, communications, and customer scenarios; work with competitor analysis, customer insights, and growth hypotheses.
Requirements:
Skills in product marketing, customer segment development, customer base development, CRM communications, product packaging, or customer offering;
Ability to write briefs and manage tasks in a complex matrix structure;
Experience working in big tech, fintech, ecosystems, marketplaces, telecom products;
Practical skills in formulating value propositions, positioning, and go-to-market approach, working with analytics, funnels, segments, hypotheses, and performance indicators;
Experience with digital products, services, subscriptions, ecosystems, loyalty programs.
