We are looking for a Head of Product Marketing for Moscow Exchange.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and adapt the marketing activities development strategy for the product
- Work on the product's marketing "packaging" and test product demand
- Work on marketing support for new product and feature launches: develop, manage, and control the implementation of marketing initiatives
- Set tasks for product promotion, analyze and regulate the results, scale successful cases, and control the marginal acquisition cost
- Work on improving landing pages, creatives, and communication to increase acquisition efficiency
- Test hypotheses for increasing conversions at all funnel stages
- Analyze product market(s) and target audience, identify customer needs, analyze acquisition funnels, and look for "growth points". Research competitors, trends; benchmarking
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize the marketing budget
- Interact with product, sales/business, and customer support teams to ensure the product meets customer needs
- Set up processes: so that marketing teams and channels focus on business needs and goals, and work in conjunction with the product(s) and business lines
Candidate Profile:
- Over 5 years of experience as a Head of Product Marketing in FinTech/Banking/Growth Marketing (B2C)
- Experience in launching marketing campaigns and products in banks or FinTech services
- Ability to understand not only marketing but also the product (understanding the importance of the product and how its quality affects the customer)
- Understanding the impact on cross-selling and the ability to make it "skyrocket" with your hypotheses
- Experience managing multiple products simultaneously
- Ability to manage a team and build relationships with cross-teams / cross-functions / business / IT
- Regular use of AI tools in your work
- Skills in researching and analyzing marketing processes, visualizing them in a simple and understandable way
- Striving to make the customer journey as convenient, simple, and understandable as possible
- Desire to bring more to the company, product, and users than is expected of you
