About the vacancy
We are inviting a Product Marketing Manager to the Sber marketing team.
You will be responsible for marketing projects of the Startup Ecosystem and Innovations, AI technologies, developing and launching advertising campaigns, and managing the department's budget. Important: we are looking for someone who is inspired by technological entrepreneurship and understands the startup market – from seed stage to scaling.
Responsibilities
- development and launch of advertising campaigns: participation in the creation of creative ideas and materials, development of product brand style and identity, interaction with agencies on creative, media strategies, and special projects, assisting the team in technical solutions for product feature implementation
- strategy and management: coordination of a comprehensive marketing strategy (360), implementation control, funnel analysis, and identification of growth points
- hypotheses and research: generation and implementation of hypotheses, analysis of competitors, audience segments, and market trends, conducting benchmarking and evaluating channel effectiveness
- budgeting and processes: managing the direction's budget, participation in annual budget planning, coordination of document flow and operational issues.
Requirements
- at least 3 years of experience in marketing, including working with technology events
- understanding of the startup market and venture specifics, knowledge of key players, trends, and pain points of technological startups – this will help package complex products into clear value propositions
- successful case studies with comprehensive 360-degree strategies, metric analysis, and budget management
- ability to manage projects, set priorities, and achieve goals
- ability to test hypotheses, learn quickly, launch projects from scratch, and bring initiated projects to completion
- ability to see the future of products and brands
- readiness for multitasking, ability to build communication within the team and with contractors.
