Marketing Specialist

Tasks in this role:

• marketing research, competitor analysis, operational monitoring of competitor offers, forecasting consumer demand related to holidays and vacation days, target audience segmentation, positioning, and promotion of company brands;
• participation in the formation of the product matrix and in pricing management;
• development of measures to increase sales;
• filling the website with promotions, changing prices, etc.;
• organization of activities for product promotion, brand and company image development (exhibitions, seminars, charity events, etc.);
• development of information partnerships;
• social media promotion;
• development of a contextual advertising strategy, control and analysis of advertising campaigns;
• implementation of blogs and channels in the children's theme on behalf of the company;
• advertising procurement according to budget;
• adjustments and control of social media management, writing a posting plan;
• organization of mailings, cross-promotions;
• development of partnership programs and sponsorships;
• monitoring and development of company reviews;
• promotion development;
• development of programs and scripts to increase the average check;
• organization of sweepstakes and other promotional events.
