We are currently looking for a strong Marketer capable of identifying growth points and taking responsibility for improving key product metrics.
What will be included in the responsibilities?
- Development and implementation of marketing strategy: short-term planning (1 month) and long-term development (6 months);
- Management of brand promotion through various marketing channels with a focus on increasing brand awareness and business performance;
- Setting tasks for internal specialists and external contractors, monitoring deadlines and quality of execution;
- Working with analytics and data: monitoring key metrics, preparing competitive analysis, reports, and strategic conclusions;
- Optimizing the product funnel and identifying growth points to improve key business metrics;
- Data-driven decision-making: hypothesis testing, analysis of results, and scaling of successful solutions;
- Brand reputation management: monitoring feedback, working with reviews, and promptly addressing negative cases;
- Conducting external communications on specialized platforms, forums, and other external platforms.
What is important to us?
- Marketing experience of 3 years or more (Fintech/IT/B2B).
- Understanding of event analytics, UTM tagging, funnels.
- Experience with analytical tools, for example: Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics.
- Willingness to work in the office in Kazan.
- Independence and responsibility for results.
- Understanding the specifics of the fintech market and complex sales.
