Every month, over 30,000 shifts are completed through us by performers, completing millions of tasks for our clients – from washing car-sharing vehicles to recharging scooters. We have been chosen by the largest players in car-sharing, kick-sharing, and retail in Russia and abroad.
We are now building a systemic marketing function and are looking for someone to rebuild it from scratch to effectively solve business challenges. How we see the marketer's role and responsibilities
Attracting and retaining performers
- ensure a stable flow of leads – you know where to get target leads, including outside of Avito and Direct, quickly and affordably;
- reduce performer churn rate – you know how to design and implement effective retention and loyalty programs;
- increase performer LTV and average cooperation term – you create engaging marketing communications, understand the magic of SMM, and enjoy doing it;
Brand development and reputation management
- bring the TopDoer brand to the top – companies seek us out to solve their problems, and performers come to us from other vendors;
- ensure multi-channel promotion – our website and social media are exemplary, and we actively participate in key industry events;
- our employees and performers are brand ambassadors.
Product marketing and finding new growth points
- launch product marketing – you participate in the formation and implementation of the Go-to-Market strategy;
- support and improve the Sales Kit – all relevant materials are collected in one place at the click of a button;
- implement systematic collection and processing of feedback – our clients and performers know they will be heard, and product improvements are based on real market needs.
Analytics
- implement marketing effectiveness analytics at a systemic level;
- calculate CPL, CPA, ROI, conversion rates, and other key metrics;
- generate business insights and propose solutions to improve results.
What we value in your experience and skills
- relevant marketing experience and knowledge – we are looking for someone who can dive into tasks from the very first week;
- ability to effectively organize your day remotely and focus on what's important;
- make decisions based on data, not assumptions;
- quickly understand new areas and tasks, independently acquire necessary knowledge;
- delegate routine tasks to neural networks, know how to design presentations or landing pages without a designer. At the same time, you can manually create pivot tables or swipe data;
- independently create typical landing pages on Tilda, including with zero blocks, and do it quickly;
- share the assertion that you can endlessly watch 3 things – a fire burning, water flowing, and leads dripping into a dashboard.
