Hayler Group, a distributor of international cosmetic brands, is looking for a Marketing and PR Manager to make the brands even more recognizable, strengthen their market position, and build a comprehensive marketing strategy.
Objective:
- Combine creativity and analytics so that every step contributes to brand image and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy for the TopFace and Miss Tais brands aimed at increasing brand awareness and audience loyalty.
- Manage brand presence on social networks (VK and others): content plan, engagement, community management.
- Launch and coordinate collaborations with influencers, bloggers, designers, art projects, and other brands.
- Organize PR activities: press releases, media publications, participation in industry events, partner integrations.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities: track KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversion), calculate campaign ROI, prepare reports.
- Work with data: analyze the audience, competitors, and market trends to adjust the strategy in real-time.
- Coordinate the work of contractors (designers, copywriters, videographers, agencies) and control the quality of materials.
- Participate in new product launches: from developing a promotion concept to post-launch analysis.
Candidate Profile:
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing or PR, preferably in the beauty or FMCG industry.
- Understanding of social media promotion specifics and ability to work with different platforms (VK and others).
- Experience in organizing collaborations and PR campaigns with measurable results.
- Proficiency in analytical tools (Yandex Metrika, Google Analytics, internal social media analytics, etc.).
- Ability to calculate marketing economics: CAC, LTV, ROMI, conversions.
- Creativity and broad outlook: you are aware of current trends and can adapt them to the brand.
- Independence: you can take a task from idea to implementation and be responsible for it.
- Fluent spoken and written communication, presentation skills.
