Head of Influence Marketing Department at clothing brand MARÉM
The clothing brand MARÉM is looking for a Head of Influence Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive influence marketing strategy aimed at key business indicators: increasing brand awareness, growing loyalty, and boosting sales;
- Formation, operational and strategic management of the influence marketing team (task assignment, performance monitoring, competence development);
- Full cycle of budget management for the department: from planning and allocation to expense control and analysis of investment effectiveness;
- Building long-term partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and potential brand ambassadors;
- Optimization of end-to-end influencer workflow processes: from search, selection, and verification to creative approval, campaign launch, and post-campaign analysis;
- In-depth analysis of campaign performance against established KPIs (reach, engagement, traffic, conversion, ROI), preparation of regular and final reports for management.
Ideal candidate has:
- At least 3 years of experience in influence marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership position (team lead, group manager);
- Proven successful cases with measurable business results (portfolio/examples);
- Understanding of the specifics and algorithms of key platforms: VK and others;
- An up-to-date database of influencer contacts will be an advantage;
- Skill in working with analytical systems (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics, Brand Analytics, Popsters, etc.);
- Strong managerial, communication, and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment and meet deadlines.
