Head of influence

We have an existing CS2 lootbox project, which is among the top 3 on the CIS market. We need a person who will build processes within the team and with related departments as effectively as possible. We need a manager who will take on the management of the team for the current project and for new ones.

💎 Main tasks:

• Manage employees responsible for advertising purchases on Twitch, YouTube, Shorts, TikTok, Telegram, review sites.
• Long-term planning for department development.
• Generation and support of modern and experimental creatives.
• In-depth analytics of the performance of each employee and their influencers.
• Synchronization with related teams.
• Setting KPIs for employees and forming a bonus system.
• Coordination and budget management.

💎 Who we are looking for:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in influencer marketing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role.
• Understanding of the CS2 market will be an advantage.
