We are currently strengthening our team and are looking for a Head of Influencer Marketing to help develop one of our divisions.
What you will do:
- Develop the Influencer Marketing area: form a strategy, find new growth points, and scale the channel.
- Manage a team of influencer managers: set goals, develop employees, control the quality of work and results.
- Develop work with bloggers, creators, ambassadors, and agencies: find new opportunities, conduct tenders, and build long-term partnerships.
- Manage advertising budgets, analyze placement effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
- Build and improve internal processes for the department: reporting, document flow, placement control, maintaining a database of bloggers, and team operational efficiency.
- Search, test, and implement new tools, services, and promotion formats.
We expect you to have:
- At least 3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing.
- Experience managing a team and the ability to build effective work processes.
- Understanding of the blogger, creator, and digital tools market.
- Experience with advertising budgets and the ability to assess the effectiveness of placements.
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on metrics.
- Experience negotiating with bloggers, agencies, and contractors.
- A systematic approach, ability to build processes, and take responsibility for results.
- Fearlessness in testing new approaches and constantly seeking growth opportunities.
