Influence Manager (Blogger Relations Manager)
Hello! We are the influencer marketing team of the Geltek brand. Due to the active growth and development of the company, we are looking for an Influence Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Selecting bloggers for specific tasks, systematizing and analyzing existing selections, tracking the lifecycle of certain blogger/media platforms
- Communicating with bloggers and their management, negotiating placements, fees, and payment terms, sending products for testing if necessary
- Initiating various placement formats, including contests and special projects, devising non-standard integrations and scenarios
- Writing basic promotional texts where required by the platform's conditions, involving a copywriter if necessary, monitoring the result of their work to match the platform's format
- Analyzing the market: looking at TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, VK, reading Telegram and Yandex.Zen, learning about talented newcomers and promising projects
- Monitoring and analyzing the information field, following news in the field of cosmetology, tracking the latest trends, monitoring competitor activity
- Being familiar with the company's internal processes, understanding the main aspects of production at a level that allows for conducting tours for influencers
- Developing and implementing concepts for creative mailings to opinion leaders.
- Maintaining reports with conclusions and figures for each project
What is important to us:
- At least 1 year of experience as a PR manager or public relations specialist, preferably in the cosmetic/beauty industry
- Fluent Russian oral and written communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail when working with documents
- Experience with the TikTok platform will be an advantage
