Alpina Publishing Group was founded in 1998. It includes the publishing houses Alpina Publisher, Alpina Non-Fiction, Alpina PRO, Alpina.Proza, Alpina.Deti, and the company Alpina Digital. In 2023, two new publishing houses were opened within the group: Belles Lettres – contemporary foreign literature for women, and Marshmallow Books – Young Adult and New Adult, manga, and Asian novels.

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager for the Marshmallow Books imprint, with relevant experience of 1 year or more.

Marshmallow Books publishes Young Adult and New Adult books in a wide variety of genres: romance, fantasy, magical realism, science fiction, contemporary thriller, horror. As well as manga and Asian novels.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the existing blogger database: select bloggers for specific tasks, calculate reach, organize deliveries, monitor timely publication, check compliance with the brief, update the database;
• Search for and establish contact with new relevant bloggers and partners;
• Agree on integration terms with bloggers and/or their representatives;
• Generate integration formats, mechanics, and special project ideas with partners independently or together with bloggers;
• Collect and analyze statistics on publications and projects;
• Maintain relationships with bloggers for long-term cooperation.

Candidate Requirements:

• Relevant work experience of 1 year or more, understanding of principles for building relationships with bloggers and interacting with them;
• Experience in managing blogger integrations on various platforms;
• Understanding of the specifics of book blogging/interest in Young Adult/New Adult literature;
• Willingness to complete a test assignment.
