About the vacancy: A full-cycle digital agency that helps large and medium-sized businesses solve problems in online advertising and media promotion – from reach to sales, is looking for a Senior Blogger Relations Manager.
The team works with high-reach and results-driven bloggers, developing advertising campaigns for various client tasks and metrics: from broad reach placements to promotion focused on specific results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and conduct advertising campaigns with bloggers for the agency's clients.
- Formulate media plans, timelines, and mechanics for advertising campaigns.
- Participate in the development of strategies and creative approaches for clients.
- Select bloggers for media plans: conduct independent manual searches, work with agents and production centers.
- Interact with bloggers: conduct briefings, prepare technical specifications for creative content, and control the quality of advertising materials.
- Conduct research in collaboration with the agency's partners and contractors.
- Prepare analytical justification for blogger selection approaches.
- Analyze the market, trends, competitors, and new formats in blogger relations.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, agency experience will be an advantage.
- Understanding of the blogosphere and internet marketing tools.
- Knowledge of blogger selection principles, communication with them, and media planning.
- Interest in the field of blogger relations, a desire to constantly learn and follow trends.
- Ability to effectively work in a multitasking environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Developed communication skills and the ability to find common ground with different people.
- Flexibility in communication, openness to exchanging opinions, and readiness to admit mistakes.
