We are looking for a Senior Producer for the Influencer Partnership Department within the Key Authors Department.
We are responsible for developing interactions with influencers and artists, attracting them to large-scale projects within the entire VK ecosystem. We function as an internal holding agency: we ensure non-commercial author engagement in company projects, contract major artists, manage communications regarding key product updates, and serve as a single point of contact between the influencer market and VK.
Responsibilities
- Full cycle support for partners (influencers and artists): from negotiations and contract signing to project execution
- Preparation and approval of commercial proposals, contracts, payments, and document flow
- Coordination of author participation in online and offline projects, monitoring of agreements, and on-site support
- Planning and control of placements, promotional activities, and integrations in VK products
- Daily communication with authors, their management, and internal teams
- Monitoring of obligations, collection of reports, and analysis of project effectiveness
- Development of long-term relationships with key partners, search for new collaboration opportunities
- Selection of influencers for business tasks, preparation of longlists, and participation in new project launches
- Audience analysis, collaboration effectiveness assessment, and preparation of recommendations for partner portfolio development
- Management of reputational risks and resolution of organizational issues within projects
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as a producer, account manager, influencer relations manager, artist relations manager, or partner relations manager
- Experience in managing the full cycle of projects: from briefing and negotiations to execution and reporting
- Skills in negotiation, agreement of commercial terms, and contract management
- Experience interacting with influencers, artists, their management, and cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks
- Project management skills, contractor coordination, and obligation fulfillment control
- Analytical thinking: ability to work with metrics, evaluate integration effectiveness, and prepare conclusions
- Excellent communication skills, a high level of responsibility, and a proactive approach
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and project management tools

- Experience in digital, media, music industry, or influencer marketing
- Knowledge of the VK ecosystem and the content creator market
