Responsibilities
- Communication Management: control mass communication in chats with creators
- Full Support Cycle: ensure processing of all incoming and outgoing requests, technical and product support for assigned accounts
- Strategy and Reactivation: develop and implement communication scenarios to re-engage inactive creators
- Objection Handling: analyze reasons for refusal, handle objections, and develop counter-strategies
- VIP Handling: partial management and development of major creators
Requirements
- Team management experience
- Proficient in Google Excel
- Strong communication skills and ability to build working relationships
- Solid understanding of digital metrics and social platform operations
- Experience working with bloggers, influencers, communities, or digital projects for 2-3+ years
- Understanding of the blogger market and basic familiarity with social media trends
- Fluent written and spoken Russian
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask

- CRM experience
- Experience working with creators on a CPA model
- In-depth knowledge of the VKontakte social network
