Angiofarm Laboratory is a leading manufacturer of professional cosmeticeuticals based on its own patented development (recombinant angiogenin).
Due to staff expansion, we are inviting an Influence Marketer to our Company for permanent employment in Moscow!
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of the company's influence marketing strategy in three areas: artists/bohemians, cosmetologist doctors/bloggers, UGC/EGC;
- Search, evaluation, and attraction of influencers and opinion leaders in each area, maintaining a contact database;
- Negotiations, coordination of cooperation terms, work with contracts and integration budgets;
- Organization and support of the company's participation in blog tours;
- Development and launch of a motivation system for the UGC/EGC block (training center trainers, employees, individuals);
- Control of content compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements (advertising labeling);
- Analysis of integration effectiveness, regular KPI reporting;
- Interaction with related departments (marketing, PR, sales, legal department, training department);
- Monitoring of the influence marketing market and trends in the beauty and pharma segments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in influence marketing. Experience in beauty, pharma, medical aesthetics will be an advantage;
- Experience in networking and negotiations with influencers/agencies/managers;
- Knowledge of advertising labeling requirements (ORD, Roskomnadzor);
- Basic knowledge of SMM and content marketing;
- Analytical approach (reach, ER, ROI);
- Budgeting and contract management skills;
- Confident user of Excel/Google Sheets, blogger analytics services (LiveDune, Brand Analytics, Trendhero, etc.);
- Experience in organizing blog tours and building UGC programs will be an advantage;
- Willingness to travel within Russia and abroad, on average 1-2 times per quarter (participation in blog tours, events with influencers).
