We are Curl Rock and Roll— a brand leader in the care cosmetics segment for curly hair. We develop and produce our own products, selling them through our online store, marketplaces, and partner sales channels. We are growing dynamically and forming a marketing department, so this employee will play a key role in building our external communication loop.
What you will be doing:
- Forming and maintaining a database of bloggers (micro, mid-tier, top-tier) by segments: hair, beauty, lifestyle;
- Independently searching for new authors, cold outreach, negotiating terms (priority — barter);
- Coordinating technical specifications, monitoring content publication, checking compliance with the brand book;
- Analyzing effectiveness (reach, ER, conversion to clicks, sales), compiling monthly reports;
- Monitoring trends and testing new formats (Reels, podcast integrations, etc.);
- Building long-term partnerships — turning one-off integrations into ambassador programs.
What we value:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Mandatory successful case studies in the beauty segment (haircare, hair, FMCG — advantage);
- Deep understanding of modern social networks, algorithms, and trends;
- Negotiation skills with bloggers of different levels;
- Analytical mindset, proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting;
- High communication skills, proactivity, and self-organization.
