The cosmetics brand LIBREROSEMARY is looking for a Head of Influence.
LIBREROSEMARY is a skincare brand that promotes the concept of simple, understandable, and effective care without product overload. The product philosophy is based on the idea that products should perform several functions effectively at once, solve specific consumer problems, and have honest, understandable ingredients.
The company is actively developing in the digital environment and is focused on a modern audience that values functionality, proven effectiveness, and transparency in their choices.
They are looking for someone who views influence not as PR, but as a sales channel with clear unit economics. For the company, influence is not about "placements for reach," but about predictable revenue growth through trusted individuals.
We need a Head of Influence who can build a system where:
- Every blogger is a contribution to revenue
- Every integration is a measurable result
- Every launch is a step towards a scalable channel
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the brand's influence strategy in line with business and marketing goals
- Search for and test new formats, platforms, and collaboration mechanics
- Full cycle of influence campaign management: from idea to results analysis
- Control content compliance with tone of voice (TOV)
- Ensure deadlines, KPIs, and implementation quality are met
- Monitor managers' document flow (contracts, briefs, reports)
- Form, develop, and scale the influence department team
- Set tasks, KPIs, and control the effectiveness of department employees
- Mentoring, training, and developing the team's expertise
- Optimize internal processes and work tools
- Analyze campaign results and prepare regular reports
- Evaluate revenue, CAC, ROMI, channel and influencer effectiveness
- Prepare recommendations for optimizing strategy and budget
- Plan budget allocation across formats and platforms
- Close collaboration with Brand, SMM, UGC, and E-commerce teams
- Participate in the development of marketing and product launches
- Synchronize influence activities with overall brand communications
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with at least 3 years in a management position
- Practical experience in managing large-scale and targeted influence campaigns (ambassador programs, product seeding, paid collaborations)
- Knowledge of key advertising platforms and understanding of content: formats, TOV
- Experience in the beauty industry specifically (cosmetics, skincare, hair, fragrance) will be an advantage
- Experience collaborating with agencies, production companies, PR, and media partners
- Understanding of working with micro-, mid-, and top-influencers
- Ability to develop an influence strategy aligned with the brand's business goals
- Experience in planning and defending budgets (CPA, CPM, CPE, ROMI)
- Skills in evaluating campaign effectiveness: reach, ER, conversions, brand lift
- Experience with analytical tools and platforms (TrendHERO, HypeAuditor, Modash, and similar)
- Strong negotiation skills with influencers and their management
- Ability to build long-term partnerships and ambassador relationships
- Understanding of legal aspects of working with influencers (contracts, advertising disclosure)
You are a good fit if:
- You view influence as a performance channel (thinking in metrics: CAC, ROMI, LTV, not just ER and reach)
- You can calculate economics and make data-driven decisions (knowing when to scale and when to stop)
- You build systems, not chaotic placements (funnels, hypotheses, tests, scaling)
- You see numbers behind the content (understanding why one blogger sells and another doesn't)
- You work with hypotheses, not "market feel" (able to test quickly and draw conclusions)
- You are ready to be responsible for results in monetary terms, not just activity
Conditions:
Money and motivation:
- Competitive fixed salary, discussed with the final candidate and formed based on their experience
- Transparent performance-based bonus with no ceiling (tied to revenue / ROMI / channel KPIs)
- We pay for business impact, not for "process"
Growth and development:
- Opportunity to build the influence department yourself
- Direct impact on strategy and channel scaling
- Rapid growth with the brand (both in terms of salary and role)
Training and development:
- Payment for specialized courses, conferences, and training
- Access to expertise within the team
Team:
- Young, strong, and highly engaged team
- No toxicity or micromanagement
- Minimum bureaucracy – maximum speed
Work format:
- Remote (ability to work from anywhere in the world)
- Flexible schedule – results are important, not "sitting hours"
Start your cover letter with the phrase: "Effective influence".
