A Head Influence is needed for the fashion holding company TOPTOP.

Responsibilities:

Development and implementation of an influence marketing strategy with a focus on sales and measurable KPIs (CPA, ROMI, % of repurchase);

Regular trendwatching of content formats:

• Finding and selecting relevant influencers and content creators for the brand's target audience, focusing on conversion, not just reach;
• Creating trending, native, and sales-driving content with bloggers (involvement in the script, not just purchasing integrations);

Working on barter and performance models:

• Negotiating cooperation on a % of repurchase/revenue share basis;
• Agreements on fixed price + KPI or hybrid models;
• Coordination of guarantees for reach, sales, or other metrics;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills,
• Ability to track and analyze sales for each influencer (UTM, promo codes, substitute SKUs, platform analytics);

Coordinating campaigns and marketing teams:

• Setting briefs and scripts;
• Monitoring deadlines and quality;
• Budget management;
• KPI performance monitoring;

Analyzing campaign effectiveness and scaling successful partnerships;

Interacting with related departments (sales, SMM, e-commerce, analytics);

Experience in the fashion/beauty segment and an existing influencer database will be an advantage; Proven case studies (with numbers and results) in marketplaces and e-commerce are mandatory.
