Head of Marketing for the «Ola Ola» brand

Role's Objective:
To form and develop a managed marketing system for the brand, integrating marketing, PR, and content into a unified strategy for growth and communication.
Responsibilities:
— manage the complete marketing funnel: from the first contact with the brand to repeat purchases and long-term loyalty — manage the effectiveness of all marketing channels (digital, influencers, PR, e-commerce, events, and SMM) in relation to sales — manage the marketing budget and be responsible for ROMI — plan and maintain the marketing calendar, launch and develop 360° marketing and brand projects — manage the team and contractors: SMM, content, designers, targetologists, PR collaborators, product manager. Integrate marketing, PR, and content into a unified brand communication system.
Requirements:
— experience in fashion / DTC / fashion e-com — ability to work with numbers and make data-driven decisions — experience in managing teams and contractors — understanding of how PR works in conjunction with sales (not for image, but as a growth tool) — systematic thinking and ability to build processes — we consider all candidates, your way of thinking is important to us. Office: Monday-Friday, as expected.
