Head of Marketing for fitness dessert manufacturer FitnesSHOCK
Fitness dessert manufacturer FitnesSHOCK is looking for a Head of Marketing who lives and breathes trends, thinks in viral ideas, and can launch projects that make FMCG shelves crack under demand.
What we offer:
- Complete freedom of action – no micromanagement or corporate stuffiness. Short approval process directly with the founders.
- Opportunity to quickly bring your wildest product and marketing ideas to life based on real production.
- Official employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation from the first working day.
- Work schedule: 5/2, with flexible start times and a hybrid work format.
- Transparent remuneration system (base salary + KPI), discussed based on interview results.
- An energetic atmosphere where openness, creativity, and initiative are genuinely valued.
- Corporate culture that warms the soul: color day, tea day, mulled wine day, vitamin C day, and other warm (and tasty) corporate traditions.
- Opportunities for horizontal development as the business grows and evolves (expanded responsibilities, new tasks/projects, etc.).
What you'll do:
- Initiate and generate: come up with ideas for products, packaging, and campaigns independently. Don't wait for a brief from management. Find trends on TikTok/Reels and in pop culture faster than anyone else and adapt them to the product immediately.
- Launch MVP project tests: test hypotheses in a couple of weeks with a minimal budget.
- Came up with a situational label or a limited edition flavor? Quickly test it in one retail chain or one online store. If it’s a hit? Scale it nationwide.
- Create wild collaborations: find unexpected partners (streamers, local clothing brands, artists, meme communities) to create joint limited product lines.
- Work hands-on with the internal team at the start: gather content, negotiate with influencers, test neural networks for design, and launch guerrilla mechanics bypassing advertising agencies.
- Manage resources: have a basic understanding of how to allocate the marketing budget for hypothesis testing, how to assign tasks to a designer/technologist in production, and how to organize a team for a launch.
You are the ideal candidate if:
- You have a "from scratch" case study: you've already boosted an unknown brand (ideally in FMCG, food tech, beauty, or retail) and made it recognizable/viral without multi-million dollar budgets.
- You are not afraid to take risks: you are comfortable with the non-guaranteed results of tests. You are ready to launch 10 hypotheses to make one a nationwide hit.
- You have incredible speed: you despise bureaucracy and lengthy approvals. You value speed to market for new products over perfect presentations.
- You think in WOW ideas: you constantly draw inspiration from foreign experiences, streetwear, and new technologies.
Apply with a cover letter:
- Attach a link to a brand that you built from scratch or significantly boosted recently (specify what exactly you did within your area of responsibility).
- Write 1-2 ideas (collaboration, limited product, viral campaign) for any FMCG product that you would like to implement right now.
