Head of Marketing Department

Company: Fitness Food Factory Location: Moscow, RU

Manufacturer of non-alcoholic beverages (energy drinks, functional drinks, lemonades, iced tea). Own factory, federal distribution, cooperation with all top retail chains.

1. Strategy and Portfolio Management

• Development and adjustment of marketing strategy for each brand.
• Participation in the formation of the product assortment matrix

2. Trade Marketing and Retail Operations

• Development of a promotional calendar for top clients for the year.
• Formation of marketing activities with retail chains.
• Development of POSM (Point of Sale Materials)

3. Branding and Communications

• Management of the digital direction: SMM, working with bloggers, content for social media, product descriptions.
• Organization of events, exhibitions, tastings.

4. Analytics and Budgeting

• Formation and control of the marketing budget
• Competitive analysis (monitoring prices, promotions, new products of competitors)
• Monthly analysis of sales, market share, ROMI for each promotion and channel.

Requirements

• Experience as Head of Marketing / CMO / Head of Marketing in FMCG (food or beverage production) – from 3 years.
• Experience in launching new products to the market (from idea to retail shelf).
• Successful experience in managing a budget of 20+ million rubles per year.
• Skills in working with reports: Excel (pivot tables), knowledge of ERP systems (1C: Trade Management / My Warehouse) – is a plus.
• Strategic thinking + ability to «descend» into operational details (down to the label and price on the shelf).
• Data-driven approach: decisions based on numbers, not intuition.
• Prioritization skills (resources are always limited).
• Ability to negotiate with related departments and partners.
