Marketing Director for Russian clothing brand look.online
The Russian clothing brand look.online is looking for a Marketing Director with deep expertise in digital and experience in building an effective omnichannel strategy in fashion retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development, implementation, and analysis of the effectiveness of the brand's marketing and PR strategy with a focus on digital marketing, CRM, performance marketing, influencer marketing, and online sales development;
- Management of all marketing areas: brand marketing, retail marketing, CRM, digital, trade marketing, PR, and special projects;
- Formation and management of the marketing budget, media planning, control of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and contractors;
- Brand development through all communication channels: digital, PR, bloggers, collaborations, events, and partner projects;
- Building an effective system for customer acquisition, retention, and return, development of loyalty programs and customer communications;
- Analysis of the market, competitive environment, consumer behavior, and trends, search for new growth points, and hypothesis testing;
- Development and implementation of a marketing calendar, launch of advertising campaigns, and participation in the creation of GTM strategies;
- Coordination of content creation in accordance with the brand strategy and business objectives;
- Demand analysis, participation in pricing, identification of promising areas, and participation in the launch of new products;
- Building, developing, and motivating the marketing team;
- Interaction with sales, e-commerce, and design departments to synchronize marketing and product strategy.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Over 3 years of experience as CMO/Marketing Director in fashion retail;
- Understanding of the fashion niche, trends, and audience behavior (women's clothing will be a significant advantage);
- Proven results in digital marketing development and sales growth;
- Successful cases in brand development, customer base expansion, and marketing effectiveness improvement;
- Experience in managing a marketing budget and evaluating the effectiveness of promotion channels;
- Understanding of the omnichannel approach and modern digital tools;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions;
- Leadership qualities, ability to build an effective team and manage processes;
