The clothing brand Bodviizheniya is looking for a Marketing Director— a strong strategist and manager with experience in fashion and e-commerce, who knows how to build marketing at the strategic level, manage promotion channels, and ensure growth in demand, brand awareness, and key financial indicators.
Responsibilities:
Marketing and Team Management:
- Development of marketing strategy: formation of long-term and short-term strategies. Setting goals for heads of departments and contractors, decomposition of goals by channels and metrics, KPI tracking, regular performance reviews, action adjustments and management discipline support, efficiency assessment and participation in HR decisions.
Execution of Marketing Plans:
- Tracking traffic, conversions, brand awareness, demand growth rates, analysis of plan/actual deviations, and prompt decision-making on strategy adjustments.
Marketing Budget and Efficiency Management:
- Management of commercial marketing efficiency, budget allocation across channels (performance marketing, bloggers, PR, SEO, etc.). Monitoring CAC, ROMI, promotional activities, and the impact of these decisions on financial results.
Analytics and Forecasting:
- Analysis of channel efficiency, attribution, content, seasonality, audience engagement, formulation of conclusions and hypotheses for scaling.
Planning and Strategy:
- Participation in the development of marketing plans, budgets, and forecasts, identification of growth points, brand positioning, and search for new opportunities within current channels.
Cross-functional Interaction:
- Synchronization of work with sales, content, production, design, and related departments to achieve common business goals.
Candidate Requirements:
- Marketing experience of 5+ years, with at least 2-3 years in a management position.
- Experience in fashion and e-commerce is mandatory. Candidates without relevant background in clothing and online sales will not be considered.
- Practical experience in launching and scaling performance campaigns, managing SMM, CRM, etc.
- Deep understanding of metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, AOV, conversion, retention, etc.; ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience implementing end-to-end analytics and working with tools (e.g., MPstats, Brand Analytics, Yandex.Metrica/GA4, CRM, BI).
- Leadership qualities, experience in managing teams and contractors, ability to work through leaders rather than micromanaging.
- Strategic thinking and readiness to "descend into operations" when necessary: funnel audits, process setup, cost optimization.
