Sales Director for the Clothing Brand "Telodvizheniya"
The clothing brand "Telodvizheniya" is looking for a Sales Director – a strong manager with experience in fashion and e-commerce, who knows how to build sales strategically, manage Heads of Sales Departments (ROPs), and ensure the growth of key financial indicators!
Responsibilities:
Sales and Team Management:
- Setting goals for ROPs, decomposing plans, monitoring KPI achievement, regular performance reviews, adjusting actions, and maintaining managerial discipline.
Sales Plan Fulfillment:
- Monitoring revenue, growth rates, dynamics by category and direction, analyzing plan vs. actual deviations, and making prompt decisions to adjust strategy.
Profit and Margin Management:
- Managing commercial efficiency, controlling discounts, pricing policy, promotional activities, and the impact of these decisions on financial results.
Analytics and Forecasting:
- Analyzing sales, conversions, turnover, assortment, seasonality, category and manager efficiency, forming conclusions and hypotheses for growth.
Planning and Strategy:
- Participating in the development of sales plans, budgets, and forecasts, identifying growth points, and seeking new opportunities within current channels and categories.
Cross-functional Interaction:
- Synchronizing work with marketing, production, logistics, and related departments to achieve common KPIs.
Team Performance Management:
- Building a KPI system for ROPs and control metrics for sales, profit, margin, and plan fulfillment; assessing efficiency and participating in HR decisions.
Candidate Expectations:
- Sales experience of 5+ years, with at least 2–3 years in a management position.
- Fashion and e-commerce experience is mandatory. Candidates without relevant background in clothing and online sales will not be considered.
- Experience managing ROPs, teams, or heads of departments for 2–3+ years. Ability to work through leaders, not through micromanagement.
- Strategic thinking + readiness to dive into operational tasks when necessary: funnel audits, process setup, team development.
- Understanding the specifics of Wildberries as a key sales channel.
- Deep understanding of unit economics, P&L, marginality, pricing policy, and promotional mechanics on marketplaces and websites.
- Proficient in analytics tools (MPstats, Brand Analytics, web analytics, CRM, end-to-end analytics).
