The clothing brand Bodhi Movement is looking for a Commercial Director.
Who they are looking for:
- A professional who can ensure the achievement and improvement of the business unit's P&L indicators through the management of revenue, profitability, costs, and commercial efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieving Target Indicators:
- EBITDA/Operating Profit
- Overall financial result of the business unit
Analytics and Reporting:
- Regular analysis of the business unit's P&L
- Preparation of reports for the CEO/Board of Directors: P&L, variance analysis, proposals for performance improvement
- Control of the accuracy of commercial data
Team Management:
- Setting P&L-linked goals for the team
- Developing a motivation system focused on: profit, margin, budget fulfillment
- Developing the team's competencies in commercial efficiency
Key Requirements:
- Strategic thinking: ability to develop and implement long-term strategies to achieve business goals
- Analytical skills: ability to analyze market trends, financial data, and performance indicators to make informed decisions
- Sales skills: deep understanding of the sales process and ability to develop strategies to increase sales volume and attract new clients
- Team management: leadership qualities and the ability to effectively manage a team, motivate employees, and develop their potential
- Communication skills: ability to communicate clearly with clients, partners, and employees, as well as to conduct negotiations
- Market knowledge: deep understanding of the specifics of the industry in which the company operates, as well as knowledge of competitors and consumer trends
- Financial literacy: ability to work with budgets, financial reports, and forecasts, as well as understanding the principles of business profitability
- Flexibility and adaptability: ability to quickly respond to changes in the market environment and adapt strategies to new conditions
- Project management: skills in planning and implementing projects, including managing resources and deadlines

- 5/2 work schedule (9:00 AM–6:00 PM / 10:00 AM–7:00 PM)
