Russian wellness brand of modern self-care rituals re-feel is looking for a Commercial Director.
The company creates products with proven effectiveness, develops e-commerce, marketplaces, and B2B business.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of commercial strategy (B2C + B2B)
- Management of P&L, revenue, and profitability of the division
- Development of e-commerce, marketplaces, customer service, and B2B partnerships
- Building and scaling the B2B channel (HoReCa, fitness, hotels, corporate clients, retail)
- Conducting negotiations, developing key partnerships, and signing agreements
- Customer service management, monitoring NPS, LTV, and repeat purchases
- Commercial team management: hiring, development, setting KPIs, and establishing processes
- Analysis of key commercial metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, profitability) and data-driven decision-making
Requirements:
- Experience in managing a commercial division or B2B sales for over 3 years
- Successful experience in developing partner sales and attracting new clients
- Team management experience
- Experience in B2C (e-commerce, D2C, retail, marketplaces) will be an advantage
- Understanding of unit economics and commercial metrics
- Strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking
- Entrepreneurial approach, initiative, and readiness to be responsible for commercial results
Conditions:
- Location: hybrid (Moscow — priority / Saint Petersburg)
- Compensation: 200,000–350,000 ₽ + quarterly bonus (up to 20% of the company's net profit, distributed among council members)
