Who we are looking for:

• Experience managing a commercial function in B2B manufacturing and trading companies with a turnover of 5 billion rubles/year or more (your experience – from 5 years).
• Simultaneous management of at least 3 sales channels (dealers, networks, profi, designers, e-com).
• Successful cases of developing and implementing commercial strategy.
• Management of a geographically distributed team and several product categories.
• Digital literacy: working with metrics, software, data-driven management.
